What is Vineflow?
Vineflow is an independent study platform for WSET Diploma D1, D2, D4 and D5. It includes textbook-based questions, exam practice, diagrams and progress tracking.
Is Vineflow an official WSET provider?
No. Vineflow is not an official WSET course provider, examination centre or certification body. Use it alongside your official materials and the instructions from your course provider.
What does a course include?
Each course includes Flashcards, HoverFlow, Multiple Choice, Open Response, Cards and Wine Duel, with saved progress. D4 and D5 also include tasting practice. D2 Cards is the Business Atlas.
Where should I start?
Flashcards and HoverFlow teach the textbook content through questions and answers; you do not need to read the chapter first. Essentials only focuses on the key exam topics. Multiple Choice tests your knowledge. Open Response and, in D4 and D5, Tasting provide questions, model answers and references for exam practice.
Where can I see my progress and set my exam date?
Open Progress in your course for results by topic, ratings and questions to revisit. Set your exam date in the calendar on the course overview or in Progress to see daily study targets.
Do I need to save my work?
Ratings and submitted results save automatically to your account. Unfinished MC, Open Response and tasting answers save on the device you are using. Submit or reveal your answer to include its result in Progress.
How long do I have access?
A one-time purchase gives 12 months of access to the selected module, without automatic renewal. A monthly subscription renews each month until cancelled. Email vineflow25@gmail.com before your next renewal to cancel; access continues until the end of your paid period.
What currency do you use?
All course prices are in British pounds sterling (GBP). D1, D2, D4 and D5 are purchased separately. Each course page shows its one-time price and monthly subscription price.
Can I share my account?
No. Each Vineflow licence is for one individual user. Businesses or schools may pay for access, but each learner needs their own account unless Vineflow agrees otherwise in writing.
What is the refund policy?
We take a practical, customer-friendly approach. If you contact us within 7 days of purchase, we will usually refund good-faith requests, while protecting against account sharing, copying, payment fraud or other misuse.
What about tastings and bookings?
Tastings and booking-based events are non-digital services. Date, location, group size, cancellation windows and any deposit or no-show rules may be shown on the relevant booking page, quote, confirmation or written agreement.
How do I report a mistake or unclear explanation?
